window regulator

Hi all
I have a Cayman 987 2010 the near side window regulator has failed and needs to be replaced,any recommendations for this job ?
I have already had a quote from a Porsche specialist £750.00 which I thought was a little steep,(i'm based in Surrey

it's the time to take apart the door, but have you tried another specialist ?

Hi watched the Youtube vids on this , don't think i am up to this, have since got another quote for " OEM quality " parts instead of originals, £250 cheaper so I have booked in for that, really hope its not a bad decision thanks for the replies on this
