Buying advice and mobile PPI

Hi, I'm on the look out for a 993 manual coupe preferably near the NW (England).

I've read a few buying guides mostly they say buy on condition and history and reference cam cover leaks etc. on under used cars but are there any specific more serious issues I should look out for please?

Most of the cars I'm seeing advertised are Midlands, Yorkshire or South East ; are there any mobile PPI services that are recommended for air cooled cars?

I've used Phil Phedonos of Sports Car Inspections. Very thorough, knows his onions when it comes to air-cooled. Sent lots of pics, videos whilst inspecting and then follows with a thorough report.
